How to join the FXTM Rewards Programme
All FXTM traders must enrol in the FXTM Rewards programme. The programme applies to live trading accounts only.
To join the FXTM Rewards programme:
- Log into Mobile or Web and go to Hub> Loyalty & Bonuses
- Click on “Activate Loyalty”
- Start trading & earn Tier Points!
How FXTM Rewards Works
FXTM Rewards are eligible on specific account types – Advantage and Advantage Plus.
Every qualifying trade earns you:
- Tier Points — used to progress through the FXTM Rewards Tiers
- Reward Points — redeemable for real cash or trading funds
Tier Points
Tier Points determine your Tier Status, helping you progress from:
Entry → Bronze → Silver → Gold → VIP → VIP Expert → VIP Master
As you move up the Tiers, you unlock:
- Higher Reward Point multipliers
- Exclusive perks and VIP benefits
- Greater rewards on every trade
Tier Points are earned based on the instrument traded and trading volume.

Reward Points
Reward Points are your redeemable rewards.
The higher your Tier, the more Reward Points you’ll earn from the same trade thanks to increased multipliers.
Reward Points Formula
Reward Points = Tier Points × Tier Multiplier
This means higher-tier traders earn more rewards from the same trading activity.
Redeem Reward Points for Cash
Reward Points can be redeemed at any time:
500 Reward Points = $1 USD
Redeemed funds are instantly credited to your eligible trading account and can also be withdrawn.
You can find more information about the above by logging into your FXTM Account and navigating to Hub > Rewards.
Programme Period & Point Expiry
The FXTM Rewards Programme runs on a yearly cycle.
- Tier Points reset every 12 months
- Tier Status is retained based on your previous year’s trading activity
- Reward Points are available for 3 months after they are earned, then they will expire.
To maintain or upgrade your Tier Status, you’ll need to continue earning Tier Points through qualifying trades.
How to Redeem Reward Points
Redeeming your Reward Points is quick and simple.
Log into Mobile or Web and go to:
Hub > Loyalty & Bonuses > Rewards > Redeem > Cash
To redeem:
- Enter the number of Reward Points you want to exchange
- Instantly view the USD value
- Select your trading account
- Confirm the transfer
- Your funds will be credited instantly to your trading account balance and the transaction will appear in your Account Balance History as a “Deposit”.
