      How to reset FXTM Profile Password

      * Trading is risky. Your capital is at risk.

      If you've forgotten your FXTM password, you can reset your password here. And follow these steps: 

      1. Enter your registered email address and click on 'Confirm email'.
      2. A four-digit code will be sent to your email address, enter this code into the fields provided
      3. Create a new password.

      Tip:Choose a strong and memorable password. Keep it in a safe place and don't give it to any third parties. FXTM will never ask for your password in communications.

      Your password should:

      • Include at least 8 characters
      • Consists of both UPPER and lowercase characters.
      • Include at least one number.
      • Include at least one special character.

      Example: XsswbE2Qg!

      Important After you update your password or security code, you will not be able to make a withdrawal for 4 hours. This is a safety feature to protect your funds.
