      Logging Into your FXTM account

      Signing into your FXTM profile is the gateway to managing your account and trading activities efficiently. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process, ensuring a seamless login experience.

      Sign-in steps: 

      1. Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the Login page. 
      2. Enter Your Credentials. Once on the login page, you will be prompted to enter the email address that you used to create your profile. Note that passwords are case-sensitive, so manually input them to avoid copying spaces mistakenly. 
      3. Once details are entered, click the "Login" button, and you will be redirected to your FXTM account. 

      Tip: For the optimal FXTM experience, the Google Chrome browser is recommended. If you encounter any issues during the login process, consider the troubleshooting steps at the end of this article.

      Troubleshooting

      If you encounter issues during the login process, consider the following troubleshooting steps:

      Incorrect details

      If login details are entered incorrectly, you will receive an "Incorrect Email or Password" error message. Try to enter your login details again. Make sure that Caps Lock is not enabled and the language is set to English.

      If you've forgotten your password or are unable to log in, use the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to reset it. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

      Important: If you enter an incorrect password 5 times, your account will be temporarily locked for security reasons. You will need to wait 24 hours before trying it again, or reset your password if you forget it.

      The page is not loading.

      • In case you are not being redirected to the FXTM account after you have clicked the login button, please try clearing the browser's cache. Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser's cache and try logging in again.
      • Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A poor connection may lead to login failures.
      • Some browser extensions may conflict with the login process. Temporarily disable them and attempt to log in.
