Fake Social Media Pages/Channels & Websites
Scammers will appear to be legitimate, and they’ll even use our Trademark “FXTM” logo and images from our website! They might share “documents” as proof of their relationship or employment with us, but be careful! There is only one FXTM, and you can find the list of our official Social Media Profiles/Channels on our official website at the footer of every page.
If you receive a message that comes from a social media page/channel other than what’s listed on our website, report it to us immediately!
FXTM Account
We take the security of your personal details and funds very seriously. Always remember that as a client, you’ll have direct access and full control of your personal “FXTM Account”, through which you can open trading accounts, download trading platforms, upload verification documents, deposit/withdraw funds, and more!
When you are in a chat or have an email conversation with your relationship manager, we may ask you for your FXTM registered email to verify and assist with your queries.
