If you have not logged in successfully, there should be an error message appearing in the bottom right corner at the connection status icon. Alternatively, you can check the error message in the 'Journal' tab as shown below.
· Credentials: Ensure you are entering the correct Trading account ID, password, and server information. These details are case-sensitive.
· Try to reset Password: If you have forgotten your password. How do I reset my trading account password?
· Copy and paste: Make sure you do not copy-paste any additional symbols in the Login or Password field. Try manually typing.
· Verify if you are using the correct server according to your trading account type. What are your live or practice server addresses?
